## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. ## Duties - Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common areas - Clean and sanitize surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions - Use hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance purposes - Conduct custodial duties including trash removal and recycling - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed - Handle heavy lifting when required - Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes ## Qualifications - Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes - Knowledge of custodial duties and facilities maintenance practices is a plus - Capable of lifting heavy objects safely - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Join our team as a Cleaner and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment for our staff and visitors.
