The Role
We are looking for a Registered Physiotherapist who wants to do high-quality rehabilitative work with clients who are motivated, referred, and ready to put in the effort. At CARESPACE, you will carry a full caseload, work alongside practitioners across twelve disciplines, and spend your sessions on clinical work — not chasing authorizations or managing empty hours.
This is not the insurance-driven model where your treatment plan is dictated by a third party. You assess, you diagnose, you design the plan. We handle everything else.
What You Will Do
- Assess and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions across the lifespan
- Design and progress individualized treatment and exercise rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with chiropractors, osteopaths, kinesiologists, RMTs, and other CARESPACE practitioners on coordinated care
- Supervise and guide kinesiologists and rehabilitation assistants where applicable
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our practice management system
- Participate in team rounds and contribute to the internal referral network
