Must-haves
- 1-2 years experience in the A/V and/or Security industry
- Crestron/Control4 Familiarity/Experience
- Fall-arrest/working at heights certifications
- Familiarity with control systems, wiring & wiring schematics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- CTS or similar AV industry recognized certifications are an asset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently
- Clean driving record, G-license
- In-depth construction background an asset
Responsibilities
- Ability to work independantly or in a team setting as well as coordinating with other trades
- Assist the senior technician and taking initiative
- Understanding the different phases of rough-in, install and comissioning of AV/Security systems
- Wire terminations, building racks, systems testing, and documentation
- Understand and interpret floor plans, drawings and schematics
- Testing systems, training end users, and ensuring work is matching or exceeding company standards
- Company vehicle to be provided
NOTE: the candidate MUST be eligible to work in Canada.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
