About the Role
We're a fast-growing marketing agency, and we're hiring an Account Coordinator to be the engine of our client operations. This is a phone-first, desk-based role — let's be upfront about that. You'll spend most of your day on calls, follow-ups, and keeping our CRM airtight. If that sounds boring to you, this isn't your role. This role is built for someone hungry and early in their career who wants to prove themselves, master the fundamentals, and earn their way up fast. We promote from within — our Account Managers started exactly where you would.
What You'll Do Every Day
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and handle inbound calls (Aircall)
- Follow up with clients and leads by phone and email — same day, every time
- Keep Monday.com (our CRM) accurate and up to date — every call logged, every account current
- Track project timelines and chase down anything at risk of slipping
- Support Sales and Account Managers so nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking
- Flag problems early and keep accounts moving

- Are comfortable on the phone — high call volume doesn't intimidate you

- Are extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Can juggle multiple accounts and shifting priorities without dropping balls
- Are ambitious — you want a career path, not just a paycheque
- Have some experience in sales, customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
No degree required. Attitude and work ethic matter more to us than your resume.
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience with a CRM (Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience with Aircall or other phone/dialer platforms
- Basic understanding of reporting and metrics
What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)
- You independently own client communication and follow-ups
- Your accounts are organized and consistently on schedule
- Your CRM data is clean and your reports are accurate
- Clients and teammates see you as the reliable go-to person

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
