About the Role
Lifeline Fire Protection is looking for a hands-on Tools Management Specialist to support our field technicians and warehouse operations. This is a physical, tool-based role focused on keeping our equipment organized, maintained, and ready for deployment. You will work closely with our Fleet Manager and warehouse team to ensure technicians always have what they need to get the job done.
What You'll Do

- Maintain and update stock and inventory levels of tools and equipment on a daily basis
- Issue the correct tools and equipment to technicians based on their assigned jobs
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming tools, repaired equipment, and warranty returns
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites or between locations (valid driver's license required)
- Perform minor repairs and part replacements to keep equipment in good working order
- Identify, track, and report lost, missing, or damaged assets
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and organizing materials
- Perform occasional heavy lifting as required
What We're Looking For
- Experience in warehouse operations, equipment handling, or a similar tool-based role
- Physically capable and comfortable working in a warehouse/field environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets) for inventory tracking
