Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and address issues promptly;
- Coordinate and support scheduling, route planning, dispatch, and daily logistics for summer and winter maintenance operations;
- Perform and oversee maintenance services, including snow removal, de-icing, landscaping, hardscaping, pruning, and site upkeep;
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary;
- Communicate customer and employee feedback to management;
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and building customer relationships;
- Follow and enforce all health and safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Winter operations experience as both an equipment operator and scheduler (required)
- Valid G license
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
- Strong customer service skills
- Safety-first mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- Experience with front-end loaders, tractors, skid steers, or similar equipment (a plus)
- Experience in a construction or landscape supply yard (a plus)
- Steel-toe safety boots required
