Représentant des services financiers est responsable de la gestion d'un portefeuille de plusieurs entreprises . Il doit veiller au recouvrement et la réconciliation des comptes, y compris le versement des douanes et taxes./The Client Financial Services Representative is responsible for managing a high quality portfolio with a proactive collection approach. Focus is required on the timely collection and reconciliation of accounts; including remittances of duties and taxes.
Gérer les comptes clients du portefeuille attribué en communiquant par téléphone ou par courriel. Cela comprend la négociation des modalités de paiement ainsi que l'établissement de relations avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et leurs problèmes/ Manage customer accounts within assigned portfolio by engaging in phone calls and/or emails. This includes negotiating payment arrangements as well as building relationships with customers in order to understand their needs and issues
Surveiller et gérer les notifications d'expédition, dans les limites autorisées/Monitor and manage “shipment hold/notification” screen within authorized limits
Solliciter l’aide des opérations et de la haute direction lorsque c’est nécessaire pour accélérer le processus de recouvrement
Assurer le suivi les opérations concernant les litiges clients/Communicate and follow up within specified timelines with Operations regarding customer disputes
- Analyser les montants non attribués dans les délais spécifiés par l'entreprise/ Analyze unapplied amounts within company specified timelines
- Identifier les comptes complexes et fournir des recommandations à leur recouvrement/ Identify problem accounts and provide recommendations related to recovery

Maintenir la conformité requise selon les procédures internes/ Maintain compliance with required internal controls and departmental procedures
Assurer les mises à jour sur les activités de recouvrement/Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts, and provide updates on collection activity
Préparer et suivre les prévisions de liquidité mensuelles pour un portefeuille spécifique./Prepare and monitor monthly cash forecast for specific portfolio
Atteindre les objectifs individuels et collectifs du département /Achieve defined individual and department goals
- Aider avec toute autre tâche requise/ Assist with any other duties as required

Base salary is one component of our total rewards package which also includes incentive opportunities, benefits, and professional development. Salary ranges are established by location and reflect relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market conditions. The good-faith salary range for this position is $39,370 - $59,200 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
