Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound calls to book Taxicabs and assisting customers over the phone as needed.
Assisting in Lost & Found Dept when customer called.
Data entry and customer accounts/data maintenance as needed.
Responsible to book single or reoccurring trips.
Requirements:
Previous Call centre experience
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent English communication skills
Previous customer service experience
Should be a team player
