Guelph Chiropractic Health Centre is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
We are a family-friendly multidisciplinary clinic offering chiropractic care and rehabilitation services in a welcoming and supportive environment. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care and creating a positive workplace where team members enjoy coming to work each day.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and creating a positive first impression
- Scheduling appointments and managing clinic calendars
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with patient intake and administrative tasks
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning clinic software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception, customer service, or healthcare experience is an asset but not required
