Reform Health & Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while keeping our clinic running smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized and paying attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments using Jane App
- Process payments and billing
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support clinic operations and keep the reception area organized and welcoming
- Help coordinate office supplies and general clinic needs
- Assist with social media content creation and engagement (an asset)
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience
- Is friendly, professional, and compassionate
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organized and able to multitask efficiently
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable learning new technology and software
- Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Maintains patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Assets
- Experience working in a healthcare or medical office
- Experience with Jane App or similar scheduling software
- Experience with direct billing and insurance claims
- Experience creating content or managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
