Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Private Equity Manager to lead investment initiatives within our firm. The ideal candidate will oversee the evaluation, execution, and management of private equity investments, ensuring alignment with our financial goals and risk appetite. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential private equity investments, including market analysis and financial assessments.
- Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities by analyzing financial statements, valuation models, and risk factors.
- Develop detailed investment proposals and present findings to senior leadership for approval.
- Manage existing portfolio investments by monitoring performance, conducting risk analysis, and implementing strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investment banking, legal, and compliance to facilitate deal structuring and negotiations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting private equity investments.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, market outlooks, and investment recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA are preferred.
- Proven experience in research, investment analysis, or financial services with a focus on private equity or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of investment banking processes, risk analysis techniques, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills with a solid foundation in math and quantitative analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in risk management within a financial services environment is advantageous. Pay: $4,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
