Overview
We are seeking an experienced High Rise Window Cleaner to join our professional team. This role involves safely cleaning the exterior windows of high-rise buildings, ensuring a pristine appearance while maintaining the highest safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, with the ability to work at heights and handle specialized equipment.
Experience is a must.
Duties
- Safely operate window cleaning equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to clean and maintain windows and surrounding facades.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to window and building exterior upkeep.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of glass surfaces using appropriate techniques to ensure streak-free results.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned projects within scheduled deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-rise window cleaning or related maintenance roles.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks over extended periods.
- Valid certifications for working at heights or operating specific equipment are a plus but not mandatory.
Experience is required.
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
