We are looking to add an Overhead Door Technician to our team! This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. This job will begin as soon as possible. We work all across Oxford County and beyond, performing work in agricultural, commercial, and residential settings.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of garage doors and openers including residential, commercial and agricultural.
- Diagnose/troubleshoot issues with garage door systems and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and installations.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform carpentry tasks as needed, including drywall repair and caulking.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs or installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Experience driving a truck and trailer is required.
- Experience working on a construction jobsite is required.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites with a clean drivers abstract.
- Valid Working from Heights and Scissorlift Training an asset.
- Experience in overhead door installation and repair for commercial or residential overhead door systems is considered an asset.
- Experience installing and repairing docks considered an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
