Van L Equipment is looking for a motivated and reliable Shipper / Receiver with Parts Knowledge to join our growing team in Reston, MB. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced agricultural equipment environment.
This position plays an important role in keeping our parts department running efficiently by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, assisting with inventory control, and supporting customers and technicians with parts-related needs.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Verify parts and quantities against packing slips and invoices
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse and parts department
- Pick, package, and ship customer and dealer orders
- Assist customers and service technicians with locating parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Keep shipping/receiving and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management
Qualifications
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Agricultural, heavy equipment, or automotive parts knowledge considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience
- Shipping & Receiving: 1 year preferred
- Parts Department Experience: Preferred
- Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Knowledge: Asset
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available during seasonal peaks
