OrderEase is a B2B Order Management System built for high volume trade businesses. We standardize orders from every channel and sync them directly into ERP. No middleware, no rekeying, no custom code.
We're a focused team solving a genuinely complex operational problem for mid-market companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and duct-tape integrations. Marketing at OrderEase is lean and high-output. There is no agency. There is no creative team. What gets built here gets built by the people in these roles.
The Role
We're hiring an Organic Growth Manager to own the full organic channel including content, SEO, LinkedIn, video, visuals, and sales enablement, end to end.
You research, write, design, shoot, edit, and publish. You set the editorial strategy and execute it. You don't hand off to a designer or wait for a creative brief to come back. You ship.
This role is for someone who has built things alone before and prefers it that way.
What You'll Own
SEO & Content — Editorial calendar and SEO-optimized posts built around keyword clusters and search intent. Long-form guides, thought leadership, and landing page copy aligned to keyword strategy. Content audits and refreshes. On-page optimization end to end — you publish, not someone else.
LinkedIn & Video — OrderEase company page strategy, cadence, and engagement. CEO ghostwriting — you interview, extract the POV, write the post, get approval, publish. Short-form video from concept through publish: LinkedIn native, webinar clips, YouTube, product explainers. Comfortable directing a founder or sales rep on camera.
Visuals & Design — All supporting visual assets independently: social graphics, blog headers, deck slides, one-pager layouts. Figma or Canva Pro at a high level. Output looks considered, not templated. You size and adapt across formats without a designer in the loop.
Sales Enablement — Case studies, one-pagers, and battle cards briefed directly from the sales team. Partner-facing collateral and co-marketing assets. You produce the asset. You don't hand off to a designer.
Webinar Content — Slide decks and speaker prep for the webinar series. Repurposes output into blog posts, clips, and social content.
Partner & Association Content — Co-marketing assets for ERP and channel partners. Ongoing content and event support for industry association relationships.
What We're Hiring For
- 3–5+ years in content marketing, organic growth, or a content-heavy role at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong writer — produces clear, sharp, technically credible content without being handed a brief or a template
- SEO-literate — understands search intent and content architecture, not just keywords
- Video producer — has shipped short-form video independently and can show examples
- Visual self-sufficient — output looks polished without a designer reviewing it
- Has ghostwritten for a founder or executive — interview-based preferred, not just editing someone's notes
- Ships fast and iterates — doesn't need consensus or a full brief to start; gets a good version out and improves it
- B2B SaaS background preferred; manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or ERP-adjacent is a strong plus
