Sales Professional – Design-Focused (Furniture & Lifestyle Retail)
We are looking for a style-driven, high-energy sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, engaging in conversation, and helping customers create spaces that reflect their lifestyle.

You’ll be working in a beautiful showroom featuring premium brands such as La-Z-Boy, Palliser, and Sealy, engaging with customers who value quality, comfort, and style.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage customers in a polished, professional manner
- Ask the right questions to understand both functional needs and style preferences
- Guide customers through product options, fabrics, and layouts
- Present solutions that combine comfort, design, and value
- Close sales and build lasting customer relationships
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom environment
What We’re Looking For
- High energy with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
- Someone who enjoys engaging with customers and having meaningful conversations
- Strong sense of style, fashion, or interior design
- Previous sales experience (retail or commission-based preferred)
- Confident communicator who can listen, guide, and close
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to earn
- Must be available to work weekends (this is a weekend-focused sales role)
- A team player who contributes to a small, high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience
