We are hiring Bilingual L1 Service Desk Analysts to join our Team based here in Ottawa.

What you will do once you arrive….
Help our Clients with typical User issues…Reset some Passwords…help Clients with software installation…do some basic hardware troubleshooting (stuff like: printer setup, network connectivity)…add and remove User accounts….answer some “how-do –I do-that questions…and track / create tickets in case they need to be escalated to the Level 2 team!
We have some tools….
A great ITSM tool for ticket tracking and escalation, a solid group of Analysts and Team Leads, access to knowledge base and troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and standard procedures; …and free parking, coffee/tea/hot chocolate…!
Your experience…
- A college diploma in IT (or something equivalent plus some work experience)
- Experience providing end user support with M365 and MS Teams
- Working with Microsoft O/S, MS Exchange, and Active Directory
- Bilingualism (spoken/written/comprehension of both French and English)
Some nice to haves…
Your demonstrated problem-solving skills; your ability interact with both technical and non-technical users; and you’re able to use knowledge base articles and predefined troubleshooting processes.
