This is a dual-role position, with approximately 50% of your day dedicated to Customer Support and Service Coordination and 50% dedicated to Accounts Receivable and collections.
You will play a key role in keeping our customers taken care of, our technicians productive, and our accounts up to date. From troubleshooting customer issues and managing technician schedules to following up on outstanding balances, your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and company results.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Service – 50%
- Answer customer calls and emails, troubleshoot hot tub and equipment issues, and determine when a technician visit is required.
- Book service calls and manage technician schedules throughout the day, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Keep customers informed regarding appointments, service requirements, and next steps.
- Provide additional Customer Support coverage during busy periods and staff absences.
Accounts Receivable & Collections – 50%
- Conduct outbound follow-up on overdue customer accounts and outstanding invoices.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment commitments and resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate collection records and follow established AR processes.
- Escalate unresolved accounts when required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound collection calls and having difficult conversations.
- Confident working with computer systems and learning new software.
- Service, dispatch, collections, or call-centre experience is an asset.
- Hot tub/spa experience is an asset but not required—we will train the right candidate.
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
