Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Upper Beach Health + Wellness is expanding and currently seeking either one full-time or two part-time Registered Massage Therapists to join our dynamic, team-oriented clinic.
We are a well-established, multidisciplinary practice in the Upper Beach community, focused on functional, hands-on care supported by education and collaboration. Our team includes Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture/TCM, and Mental Health Counselling. We pride ourselves on a strong referral network and a supportive environment where practitioners work together to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.
What You Can Expect
Strong earning potential
- Competitive compensation model: 65% split with a monthly cap (often reached within the first 3 weeks)
- Once the cap is reached, earnings increase to 90%
- Current clinic rate: $120 (+HST) for a 60-minute treatment, which we are increasing in the coming months

- Electric treatment tables, linens, table warmers, and in-room Bluetooth speakers provided
- Dedicated front desk team managing bookings, billing, and patient flow
- Jane App EMR for easy scheduling, charting, and payments

Schedule & Expectations
- Shifts are typically 5–6 hours (approximately 5 treatments per shift) to promote sustainability and avoid burnout
- we have shifts available Monday - Saturday
- Hours of operation are: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 3 pm, Saturday 9 am - 3pm
