Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with our marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience and communicate our brand message effectively.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Podcast Production: Plan, record, edit, produce and publish podcasts that align with our brand and engage our audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute video and podcast concepts.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze video and podcast performance metrics to optimize future content.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, podcasting, and social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video production and podcasting skills is an asset.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video and podcast content requirements.
- Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A sense of humor and a positive attitude!
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
