Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality repairs on chipped or cracked windshields using industry-standard techniques and materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Assess the extent of damage to windshields and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining safety standards.
- Ensure that repaired windshields meet quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in windshield repair and/or sales preferred.
- Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment, and knowledge of repair techniques.
- Ability to quickly assess windshield damage and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of windshield repair services.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle to get to and from work with your tent and tools
