Jacksonport Dental is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our growing clinic. This role requires someone who can manage digital marketing, event marketing, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and coordinate social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
- Perform SEO activities and assist with website updates
- Coordinate with external marketing/SEO team
- Track leads and campaign performance
- Create engaging promotional content, including videos and reels
Event & Marketing Activities:
- Plan and coordinate clinic promotions, community events, and marketing campaigns
- Represent the clinic at local events, health camps, and community gatherings
- Handle on-ground promotions and brand awareness activities
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and event organizers
- Capture photos/videos during events for marketing use
Operations:
- Support front desk and patient coordination when needed
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments
- Maintain daily tracking reports (calls, leads, bookings)
- Ensure smooth communication between team members
- Assist in improving patient flow and scheduling
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO
- Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, promotional videos)
- Ability to handle social media platforms independently
- Willingness to participate in events and on-ground marketing activities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or clinic setting is an asset
- Familiar with CRM systems and lead tracking
