Compounder - Afternoon Shift
Our client is looking for a Compounder to join their manufacturing team in Scarborough, Ontario. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food production environments who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting focused on quality and safety.
The successful candidate will support the production process by preparing batches, handling raw materials, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring all manufacturing activities are completed in accordance with GMP standards and workplace safety procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work with an established manufacturer known for producing high-quality personal care and beauty products for leading brands across the industry.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize manufacturing equipment following GMP standards and internal procedures
- Assemble and disassemble production equipment during cleaning and setup processes
- Manufacture product batches according to production specifications and safety requirements
- Accurately weigh and prepare raw materials for production
- Transfer and store completed bulk products in designated inventory locations
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety policies
- Conduct raw material counts and inventory checks as required

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cosmetics, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical production an asset
- Comfortable working with manufacturing equipment
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Ability to lift and handle raw materials as required
- Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and rotating schedules if needed
