Compensation: $22.00/hr base + vacation/stat = $24.11/hr regular pay Overtime: $33.00/hr to start

Key Responsibilities:
- Field Support: Assist the Operator with day-lighting and soft excavating for telecom, hydro, gas, and other underground services.
- Site & Equipment Maintenance: Handle and distribute materials, load/unload vehicles, setup and inspect equipment, and ensure work sites are clear of debris.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, adhering to all company policies and accurately completing daily paperwork.
- Teamwork: Perform other duties as required to support daily field operations.
Position Requirements:
- Compliance: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Licensing: Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Attributes: Reliable, punctual, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Safety First: A strong work ethic with a strict commitment to safety protocols.
