Wilderness Tours Adventure Resort is seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our busy seasonal food service operations. Our kitchen serves resort guests, rafting groups, weddings, events, and staff throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality and kitchen organization, and works well leading a team in a high-energy hospitality setting.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and support kitchen staff
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service execution
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Help coordinate prep lists, kitchen workflow, and service timing
- Support training and supervision of line cooks, prep cooks, dish staff, and kitchen assistants
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving products
- Help minimize waste and maintain efficient kitchen practices
- Work collaboratively with restaurant, event, and management teams
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Experience in high-volume hospitality, camps, resorts, or catering is an asset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season

Schedule
This is primarily a seasonal full-time role running spring through fall. Flexible start dates may be available depending on the candidate and seasonal operations.
