Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced live in Superintendent to oversee our operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of building maintenance, and renovations.
Duties
- perform maintenance of building including cleaning hallways ,repairing problems with in apartments.Manage daily operations of the maintenance to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical systems, and other equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and equipment status.deal with all aspects of LTB regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a maintenance and renovation environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and management at all levels.
