Halcyon Hot Springs is hiring RMT’s and certified spa practitioners!
The role of RMT or certified spa practitioner will work individually and as part of a team to provide high quality spa treatments.
Experience and skills:
- Registered massage therapist in BC an asset
- Current Licence (certified spa practitioner)
- Well versed in different types of massage techniques
- Attentive to client/guest’s needs and physical condition
- Previous spa experience
- Strong work ethic
- Positive outlook
- Great communication and interpersonal relationship skill
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule in a remote location
- Driver’s licence
Job responsibilities
- Follow proper operational procedures for each treatment
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and neat work environment
- Preform high quality massage/spa treatments and guest experience in the spa
- Actively participate in other areas of the spa operation such as product knowledge and retail sales
- Over see massage schedule, preform basic administrative tasks
- Record completed massage treatments and keep time sheets
- Adhere to all resort environmental policies and initiatives
- Willing to learn new treatments and massage techniques
