Who We Are
WEWELL is a longevity studio in Vancouver's Fairview neighbourhood built around one idea: aging is a training problem. We combine strength and movement coaching with recovery, nutrition, and mental wellness under one roof — with a team that includes osteopaths, naturopathic doctors, RMTs, and Pilates and yoga teachers working from a shared clinical model.
We move fast, we care deeply about craft, and we're building something worth being part of.
The Role
This is a hands-on Kinesiologist position with a real path to leadership. You'll work with a diverse, health-conscious clientele — many of them already embedded in our care ecosystem — and collaborate daily with our practitioners to deliver unified, periodized wellness roadmaps.
You'll start at 12–15 hours per week while you build client volume and get up to speed on our systems, growing to 25–35 1:1 hours as your caseload fills in. After probation, high performers move into a hybrid role with management pay layered on top of session hours.
We're not hiring someone to fill time slots. We're looking for a Kinesiologist who's genuinely sharp, adaptable, and motivated to grow — deeper clinical knowledge, broader scope, and eventually a mentorship or management role as we scale.
What You'll Actually Do
- Conduct thorough assessments covering strength, mobility, posture, and cardiovascular fitness
- Design and deliver personalized, periodized programs grounded in biomechanics and functional principles
- Lead private sessions and small-group classes with a high emphasis on coaching quality, progression, and client experience
- Collaborate closely with our physiotherapists, RMTs, and naturopathic doctors for integrated, consistent care
- Track performance data and adjust programming based on measurable outcomes
- Coach clients toward sustainable movement habits that carry well beyond the studio
You're the Right Fit If You…
- Hold a BSc in Kinesiology or a related field
- Have experience training or assessing older adults, women's health, or special populations (practicum or clinical placement experience counts)
- Are equally comfortable one-on-one and in group settings — and can switch gears between them without losing intensity
- Think in systems, not sessions — you understand how strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, and recovery interact
- Pick up new tools quickly and actually enjoy using technology to track and improve client outcomes
- Bring a personality that makes clients want to show up — warmth, clarity, and real energy
- Hold current CPR/First Aid certification
Bonus Points
- Additional certs in nutrition coaching, fascial stretch therapy, corrective exercise, or similar
- Experience inside a multidisciplinary or clinical wellness environment
- Familiarity with Jane App or comparable practice management platforms
What You Get
- $40–$45/hr based on experience, starting at 12–15 hours/week and building to 25–35 1:1 hours as your caseload grows
- $60/hr management pay added on top of session pay after successful completion of probation
- Consistent client volume through internal referrals from our integrated practitioner network
- Commission available for client referrals and successful conversions — for those who want to contribute to studio growth
- One-on-one mentorship, high-level workshops, and ongoing education in biomechanics and longevity science
- Complimentary access to Pilates, yoga, and strength classes, plus our recovery and performance technology
- Bring your specializations — we actively build them into our programming
- A genuine leadership pathway for high performers, with compensation that reflects it
- Flexible scheduling, company events, store discount, and tuition reimbursement
