We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and client services team within a fast-paced immigration consulting environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with proven experience in both sales management and immigration consulting services.
This role requires extensive knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, client advisory services, and high-volume sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing team performance, enhancing client experience, and ensuring compliance with immigration consulting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and client services team to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team performance metrics.
- Conduct client consultations and provide accurate information regarding Canadian immigration pathways.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- Collaborate with immigration consultants and case management teams to support client success.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members.
- Establish and maintain operational procedures that promote efficiency and service excellence.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Maintain compliance with Canadian immigration regulations, professional standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an immigration consulting firm, including sales leadership and client/case management responsibilities.
- Fluent in English and Farsi (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and IRCC procedures.
- Familiarity with Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) processes.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, business development, and client acquisition.
- Experience managing high-performing teams in a target-driven environment.
