About the Role
Rugged Edge Holdings Ltd. is seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Shop/Yard/Warehouse Worker to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision. This role involves equipment handling, loading and unloading shipments, and preparing gear for exploration camps in a fast-paced, outdoor, and warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities
· Equipment Operation: Safely operate mobile equipment, such as forklifts or loaders.
· Loading & Unloading: Handle trucks, trailers, and shipments efficiently and safely.
· Camp Preparation: Organize, prep, and pack gear and equipment for deployment to exploration camps.
· Warehouse & Yard Work: Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
· Heavy Manual Labour: Regular lifting and carrying of materials over 50 lbs.
· Inventory & Order Prep.: Assist with receiving, organizing, and preparing orders for shipment.
· Team & Independent Work: Work closely with colleagues while also taking initiative on individual tasks.
· Flexible Schedule: Adapt to seasonal work, shift schedules, and extended work hours as needed.
· Safety & Maintenance: Follow all safety procedures and maintain equipment in good condition.
What We’re Looking For:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience hauling gooseneck trailers (preferred).
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (or greater).
· Clean Driver’s Abstract.
· Ability to work in outdoor, warehouse, and shop environments in various conditions.
· Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and adapt to operational needs.
