H&O has proudly provided precision machined components to our customers for over seventy years. We require a hands-on ISO Coordinator to support our manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities:
- Work with machine operators and department leaders to ensure compliance with the quality manual (ISO9000:2015)
- Communication to team members, customers, and suppliers regarding quality trends, corrective actions, and overall performance
- Conduct compliance audits as scheduled in our Audit Plan
- Develop and monitor process control documentation
- Perform 1st-off and in-process inspections
- Champion activities related to non-conformance (MRDR, 8D, etc.)
- Review work instructions and production documents for for accuracy and improvement
Requirements:
This role requires a collaborative individual with the desire to establish a strong shop floor presence. Strong communication and documentation skills are necessary.
- ISO9000:2015 Auditor Certification
- Diploma or Certificate in quality or manufacturing
- Knowledge of standard quality practices and ISO standards
- CMM operation (programming an asset)
- Precision machine shop experience

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
