One of our clients is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in retail sales or the paint industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable products based on their project requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Accurately tint and mix paint according to customer specifications.
- Process sales transactions and operate POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales and/or paint industry experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and work ethic.
Pay: $18.30 per hour
