About the Role
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will ensure every client has a welcoming experience while supporting the clinic’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and booking appointments.
- Greet clients upon arrival and introduce them to the clinic environment.
- Maintain knowledge of all Massage Addict services to confidently assist clients.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing forms and documentation for new and existing clients.
- Ensure the reception area and treatment rooms remain clean, safe, and aligned with clinic procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service-oriented or administrative role.
- Strong verbal communication and professional telephone skills.
- Friendly, calm, patient, and approachable demeanor with excellent people skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Calendar).
- Reliable transportation.
