The Role
We're hiring an Ecommerce Customer Service & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing ecommerce business across four websites:
- gfore.ca
- petermillar.ca
- vesselgolf.ca
- nicholsgroup.ca
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries while also supporting digital marketing initiatives, Meta advertising, and ecommerce reporting. It's ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and is interested in learning and growing within ecommerce and digital marketing.
You'll work closely with our marketing and ecommerce team, gaining exposure to some of the most respected brands in golf while developing a well-rounded ecommerce skillset.
What You'll Be Responsible ForCustomer Service
- Manage customer inquiries across email, phone, chat, and social media channels
- Assist customers with orders, shipping inquiries, returns, exchanges, and product questions
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a high level of service that reflects our premium brand positioning
Ecommerce Support
- Assist with day-to-day Shopify site operations across all four ecommerce platforms
- Support product launches, promotions, and merchandising updates
- Monitor site activity and flag opportunities or issues
- Assist with order management and customer experience initiatives
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with the management and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Support campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Help coordinate promotional calendars and ecommerce marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team on customer acquisition and retention efforts
Analytics & Reporting
- Pull and maintain Shopify reporting and ecommerce performance data
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting on sales, customer trends, and campaign performance
- Help identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience
- Support data-driven decision making across the ecommerce business
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, ecommerce, or a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Experience with Shopify is an asset
- Experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising is an asset
- Experience with ecommerce reporting or analytics is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and consumer brands

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
