Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier is a unique, boutique style property at the foot of Lonsdale, near the Lonsdale Quay. We are looking for Banquet Server, as an ambassador for the Hotel and must be a multi-functional individual with an attention for the finer details.
- Provide excellent guest service in F&B functions and meeting events
- Set up and tear down
- Help maintain clean and organized workplace
- Be health and safety conscious and involved in maintaining a safe work environment
- Complies with Pinnacle Hotel policies and code of ethics
- Serving It Right Certificate
- Previous experience as Banquet Server
- Must be well self-motivated, responsible and well organized
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including: weekends and holidays and irregular hours
- Have excellent communication and guest service skills
- Possesses an eye for the smallest details
- Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs of a hotel environment
- Lifting – under 30 lbs
- Carrying – over 30 lbs
- Pulling – over 30 lbs. – bending, standing, reaching and kneeling
