Position Summary
We are currently seeking motivated and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Brokers. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy building client relationships, generating new business, and delivering personalized insurance solutions.
This is a full-time, commission-based role offering flexible hybrid work arrangements, including remote work and office support when needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Identify client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Review quotes and present customized insurance solutions
- Maintain strong customer service and retention practices
- Manage leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner
- Stay informed about insurance products, market trends, and underwriting guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals
Qualifications
- RIBO License required or willingness to obtain within 1 month
- Minimum 2 years of insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the Canadian insurance market is an asset
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset
