Kelly Services is pleased to be recruiting an experiened Dental Consultant for our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a full time remote position and a 12 months contract with a possibility of extension.

The Dental Consultant will focus on the oral care need state; the Consultant will play a critical role in accelerating Client’s growth by optimizing dental professional (DP) knowledge, use and recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Part-time: 15 hours per week
Bilingualism (English and French) mandatory
▪ Maintain meaningful relationships with Client’s KOLs and key stakeholders ensuring diverse representation
- Identify existing or new KOLs for speaker events at key conferences and provide administrative support to secure these engagements Support top 3 National Conferences (PDC, JDIQ, CDA/CDHA) by placing suitable KOLs (include upskilling the KOL on newest science of Listerine and help shape content) as speakers and help with conference floor management (include recruiting dental students as volunteers at conferences)
- Lead/support top 3-5 regional conference presence (ODA/ ODHA, JDC, etc.) and place speakers as appropriate
- Maintain relationship on behalf of Client with ~20 dental schools- samples and other support with logistic team’s support
- New school development: reach out to 2-5 new schools for potential new relationship building
- Support ad hoc ad boards, KOL communication for new clinical update and collect feedback
- Work with Client’s internal team to get HCC approval for activities involving KOL/ DP engagement
- Conduct webinar presentations that are promotional and educational in content to practicing dental professionals and students
- Conduct 2-3 webinars per week (max 20 attendees)
- Bi-monthly (or quarterly) review of KPIs for webinars: # of attendees, best time slot adjustment, survey results, etc.
- Dental School Presentation: ~20 presentation per year based on request
▪ Collaborate with Client’s internal team such as Professional Marketing and Consumer Marketing
- Review brand assets as required
- Record "on-demand” content for online use
EDUCATION AND EXPERICIENCE
▪ Excellent intrapersonal, communications and relationship building skills
▪ Excellent written and oral skills
▪ Dental Professional (Dentist, Dental Hygienist, etc.) with at least 5yrs in clinical practice is preferred
▪ Dental school teaching experience or speaking engagements (e.g. seminar, symposium presentation experience) is an asset
▪ Proficiency in adapting to new technologies specifically in virtual learning platforms such as Zoom/Teams
▪ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; demonstrated problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
▪ Knowledge of the continuing medical education process and experience to strategically identify, develop and contract KOLs is an asset
▪ Familiar with social media platforms DHCP use
▪ Bilingualism (English and French) is mandatory
Required Time Commitments
▪ Approximately 3 National Conferences and 5 Regional conference presence with dates confirmed in advance
▪ Approximately 15 hours/week in total presentation and preparation time
