Creative Growth Role | Marketing + Design + Web
At Workhub, we’re looking for someone rare:
A creative marketer who also loves websites, digital experiences, branding, and building things.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys switching between:
· designing landing pages,
· creating social campaigns,
· improving websites,
· editing visuals and videos,
· brainstorming marketing ideas,
· optimizing SEO and AEO,
· analyzing campaign performance,
· and helping shape how a software company presents itself online.
We’re not looking for a traditional corporate marketer.
We’re looking for someone creative, outgoing, technically curious, organized, and excited to help grow a modern SaaS B2B platform.
This person must have at least these skills/experiences:
1. Website/Landing page development;
2. Graphic design (Adobe suite);
3. Online Marketing.
What You’ll Work On - Digital Marketing & Growth
· Create and coordinate marketing campaigns for product launches, feature releases, and customer engagement initiatives.
· Develop creative campaign concepts across email, social media, website content, and in-app promotions.
· Help improve customer acquisition, feature awareness, and engagement across Workhub’s platform.
· Assist with campaign planning, execution, scheduling, and reporting.
Website & Landing Page Development
· Help improve and maintain website pages, landing pages, and digital experiences.
· Collaborate on website layout improvements, conversion optimization, and user experience enhancements.
· Support SEO and website content optimization initiatives.
· Assist with updating website visuals, banners, graphics, and promotional sections.
· Work with HTML/CSS, CMS tools, or website builders when needed.
· Help create marketing-focused landing pages for campaigns and product initiatives.
Creative Design & Content Creation
- Design digital assets, including:
o social media graphics,
o email visuals,
o GIFs, videos, and animations,
o promotional banners,
o brochures,
o and branded campaign materials.
· Create visually engaging content aligned with Workhub’s brand and product messaging.
· Develop concepts using tools such as Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe design products).
Social Media & Branding
· Plan and create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and future channels.
· Develop educational, feature-focused, culture, and branding content.
· Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across channels.
· Organize social calendars and campaign schedules.
Email Marketing & Customer Communication
· Create and manage branded email campaigns.
· Write and edit marketing copy for announcements, feature launches, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
· Build supporting visuals and creative assets for email campaigns.
· Support revisions and stakeholder feedback cycles.
Optimization & Experimentation
· Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics.
· Assist with marketing campaign tracking, SEO reporting, and future optimization initiatives.
o Support tools such as HubSpot,
o and related marketing platforms.
· Continuously look for ways to improve marketing performance and user experience.
What We’re Looking For - Ideal Skills
· Strong visual design instincts and content creation ability.
· Experience with digital marketing, social media, or SaaS or B2B marketing.
· Comfortable working with websites, landing pages, or front-end web tools.
· Familiarity with:
o HTML/CSS,
o Website builders,
o CMS platforms,
o Basic website development concepts.
· Experience with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe suite), or similar creative tools.
· Experience with HubSpot.
· Understanding of SEO, branding, and digital marketing strategy.
· Outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
· Strong written communication and creative thinking skills.
Bonus Points
· Experience in HubSpot, or any CRM software for marketing purposes.
· Familiarity with video editing or animation tools.
· You have an outgoing personality, like to be in front of the camera, participate or hosting webinars.
· Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
· Experience building landing pages or improving website conversion flows.
· Experience organizing, planning, or hosting conferences/live events.
