WBCO is a not-for-profit organization working to coordinate neighbourhood renewal in our inner-city community. WBCO works with residents and stakeholders toward environmentally sustainable, social and economic revitalization of the West Broadway neighbourhood.
This half-time position will provide logistic, administrative and facility support to WBCO staff and volunteers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
- Provides basic administrative support to all WBCO staff
- Greeting community members in person, over the phone, via email
- Supports WBCO staff team by attending staff meetings and helping at WBCO events as requested
- Provides administrative support for Executive Director as requested
- Cleaning and organization of the WBCO office space as required
- Cleaning of the exterior of the WBCO property as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Experience:
- One to three years of related work experience preferred.
- Experience working with people of many backgrounds.
- Knowledge of the principles of Harm Reduction is a plus.

Wage and Hours of work:
- $19 - $22 an hour
- 26 hrs/week Monday to Thursday
