Cannabis Packager / Cultivation Technician
Brampton, ON
Monday to Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm
Pay: $19.00 - $20.25/hour
Job Duties:
- Assist with the day-to-day post-harvest tasks
- Ensure compliance to Health Canada’s Cannabis Regulations
- Execution of sanitation, harvesting, drying/curing, trimming, and packaging tasks
- Follow the facility cleaning and sanitation program
- Maintenance and monitoring of facility systems
- Accurately complete appropriate documentation and records
- Post-harvest breakdown and clean-up
- Cannabis waste collection and destruction
- Working with trimming and packaging machinery
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience working with a cannabis Licensed Producer (LP) preferred
- Relevant education in cannabis harvesting, or food, GMP, or pharmaceutical packaging experience
- Must be comfortable with lifting 20lbs – 50lbs
- Must have own reliable transportation as the facility is not bus accessible
