We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention or preventative maintenance.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handyman/woman or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and building systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- A valid driver’s license is required for transportation to job sites.
