About the Job
Champion Staffing is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Production Lead Hand to run our client’s warehouse processing and packing lines. Your main job is to keep the team moving, make sure the work gets done right, and ensure we hit our daily goals.
- Hours: Full-Time | Morning Shift
- Pay: $18.00/hour during training and probation with potential for growth
What You Will Do
- Lead the Team: Tell workers what to do, keep them motivated, and make sure everyone is working safely.
- Run the Production Line: Watch the workflow and fix any problems or slowdowns quickly.
- Communicate Clearly: Give clear instructions to the team and report updates to management.
What We Need From You
- You need your own dependable car to get to work.
- You know how to take charge, respect others, and keep a team on track.
- You must speak and understand English clearly to explain tasks to the workers.
- This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse. You will be on your feet and doing heavy lifting.
- Proven background leading or directing teams in a production setting.
- High-energy, motivated, and comfortably vocal/assertive in a loud environment.
- Ability to work in a cold/refrigerated warehouse.
