Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being for our clients. Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Assess client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client questions and providing a welcoming experience.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment options clearly.
- Ability to create a relaxing atmosphere and build rapport with clients.
