Overview
We are seeking a dependable and skilled General Handyman to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining and repairing our facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and a well-maintained environment. Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
- Conduct repairs involving welding, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Operate skid steer to load and unload vehicles and trucks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in facilities upgrades or modifications as needed to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for accountability and future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Skills in welding, electrical work, plumbing, or carpentry are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
