The Opportunity
We're looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technical teams — translating needs into clear requirements and helping deliver solutions that stick.
What You'll Do
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams across the project lifecycle
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and value
- Support testing activities, defect tracking, and quality assurance
- Develop training materials and support change management and user adoption
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to BA practice standards
What You Bring
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong skills in requirements documentation, user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office/Teams, and Lucidchart
- Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
- CCBA, ECBA, or CBAP certification is an asset
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
