Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Retail Associate to join one of North America’s leading retail organizations. What will you be doing?
- Create innovative and functional display designs, considering factors such as size, weight, and durability
- Develop and refine concepts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Test and optimize display prototypes at the Innovation Centre before final rollout
- Design visually compelling in-store displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and align with brand standards
- Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and category-specific merchandising strategies
- Ensure consistency and quality of visual merchandising across multiple store locations
- Coordinate installation and removal of displays, ensuring accurate execution
- Track performance of displays and continuously improve designs based on insights
Must haves:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience (store-level exposure preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong understanding of retail trends, branding, and customer experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations and competitor sites
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
