Flooring Estimator & Business Development Coordinator

Kingdom Flooring is a fast-growing flooring and stair company specializing in luxury custom homes, modern stair systems, residential flooring, and commercial flooring projects. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Flooring Estimator & Business Development Coordinator.
This position is ideal for someone with construction industry experience who is confident with estimating, bidding, client communication, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare accurate flooring and stair estimates for residential and commercial projects
- Submit bids on commercial tender and bidding platforms
- Follow up on quotes and ongoing opportunities
- Cold call and introduce Kingdom Flooring to builders, contractors, project managers, and developers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Coordinate with project managers and installation teams
- Track bid deadlines, leads, and project opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating, flooring, or sales preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and professional
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building new relationships
- Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar programs is an asset
- Flooring or stair industry knowledge is a strong asset
