Green Lea Ag Center Inc. is seeking experienced, self-motivated candidates for the position of Equipment Service Technician. The Equipment Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and commissioning self-propelled sprayers and self-propelled spreaders used in agricultural application operations. Working both in the shop and in the field, this role supports our customers by delivering timely, high-quality service on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision agriculture systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring application accuracy, and helping customers achieve peak operational performance throughout the growing season.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair and replace defective components, parts, and systems.
- Advise and conduct preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and respond to emergency repair requests.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new & used equipment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Preform inspections and recommend improvements to equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing agricultural and/or heavy equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and kneel for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in industrial, shop, or outdoor environments.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
