Arvalet Auto Center is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy, fast-paced repair shop.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates professionally, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off to vehicle pickup
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
- Present technician recommendations in a professional, honest, and easy-to-understand manner
- Help customers make informed decisions about vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians to ensure an efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Contribute to a positive, organized, team-oriented workplace
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
