Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong thermoforming background and experience with various machining processes. This role involves working with thermoforming machinery to produce products according to specifications. The Machine Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes.
Duties
- Operate and maintain thermoforming machines to produce quality products.
- Utilize hand tools and calipers to measure and assemble components accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating thermoforming machines and hand tools.
- Familiarity with PLC's is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
